Each year from 2000, 30 high achieving South Australians are selected from a diverse range of professional and community backgrounds to undergo an intensive program of mentoring and exposure to opinions and activities outside their normal daily experience. The purpose is to extend and challenge them, so they are better equipped to become the State’s leaders of the future.
